One of Canmore’s Top Venues

The Canmore Nordic Centre is one of Canmore’s most sought-after venues for meetings, banquets, corporate team building days and parties.

A short five-minute drive away from downtown Canmore, the Canmore Nordic Centre is located in the heart of a provincial park and has hosted many high profile sporting events including some of the 1988 Calgary Olympics’ events. The combination of spectacular views, fully equipped meeting rooms, on-site cafe and outdoor activities make the Canmore Nordic Centre a venue of choice time and time again.

Meeting Room A – hosts up to 20 people
Meeting Room B -hosts up to 40 people
One banquet room – hosts up to 80 people for dinner and 120 people for a welcome reception/cocktail hour.
Bar area next to the banquet room servicing the banquet room and the pre-function room.
Pre-function room or welcome area for larger groups.
Meeting Rooms are equipped with whiteboards, access to screens, projectors and flip-charts.
If needed, the Day Lodge itself can be rented.
Windows, windows, windows! All of the rooms and the entire day lodge featured windows with unobstructed views of Mount Rundle and Ha Ling Peak all year round.
Cornerstone Cafe onsite open from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. daily. The cafe offers freshly made lunches and snacks. Lunches can be pre-ordered for meeting participants. Small groups can visit the cafe and order lunch themselves.
Alcohol is available as the Canmore Nordic Centre is a licensed venue through Cornerstone.
Activities available on site: cross country skiing lessons and gear rentals, fat biking, ice skating and tobogganing, hiking, biking, frisbee golf, roller skiing and orienteering.

The Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge features fully equipped meeting and banquet facilities as well as the Cornerstone Café on-site. Your guests will have access to artisan coffees, light snacks, hearty meals and everything in-between. Looking for a buffet set-up for your guests? Cornerstone Catering provides fully-licensed catering services for events of all sizes.

Meeting Rooms
